Chartered Surveyor / Residential Surveyor

We are currently looking for Surveyors to join us on a full-time or part-time permanent basis, ideally based in the following areas:

Chester (CH), Crewe (CW), Manchester (M), Preston (PR), Stockport (SK), Stoke (ST) and Warrington (WA)

We will also consider other areas around the Country.

Ideally being based in either of the following areas Chester (CH), Crewe (CW), Manchester (M), Preston (PR), Stockport (SK), Stoke (ST), Warrington (WA), you will be responsible for completing RICS Home Surveys and Valuation reports predominantly in Manchester and the surrounding areas.


As the successful Residential Surveyor you shall be / or have:

  • RICS membership (either AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS)
  • Minimum 2 years experience undertaking RICS Home Surveys (L2 & L3) and Valuations
  • RICS Qualified Valuer (VRS registered)
  • Technical expertise in residential surveying
  • Proficient in IT (including MS Office)
  • Experience using iPads and applications
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising abilities
  • Capable of working independently
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
